What is the status of my shipment?

Deliveries from our warehouse in Rotterdam to an address abroad can sometimes take a few days. We understand that you would like to know the status of your order so that you know when the device will be delivered.

If you have ordered a large device, such as a treadmill or cross trainer, we will send a track & trace from Palletways with the order confirmation. That's our carrier. Smaller products are usually shipped via DHL. You will also receive this track & trace by email.
