When you become a newsletter subscriber, the customer authorises LifeSpan Europe to send the customer emails and newsletters from time to time. This can be canceled via a link in the email or a message via the contact page.
LifeSpan Europe makes every effort to handle and store customer personal data as well and securely as possible, to prevent unauthorised persons from getting their hands on the data.

We do everything in our power to ensure a secure transaction. We use a recognised payment provider on our web store, namely Buckaroo (https://www.buckaroo.nl/), and recognised payment options such as iDeal, Visa, Paypal, ect. Our website also has an https certificate, which makes the use of the website safe. Our company and our stock is located in the European Union.
Only Dutch law applies to agreements between LifeSpan Europe and the customer to which these general terms and conditions apply. Even if the purchase was made in another country. These terms and conditions have been translated into several languages. The Dutch translation of the general terms and conditions is leading in the event of a difference of interpretation or translation error in the text.
It is possible that certain information about products on the LifeSpaneurope.com website is temporary or has been (temporarily) incorrectly displayed on the website. This also applies to provisions in the general terms and conditions. At the time of ordering, check if important terms or features are still up to date.

If a product is broken or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is at all times entitled to repair or replacement of the product free of charge. LifeSpan Europe assumes responsibility for any complaints and problems with the product for a period of two years from the time of delivery.
