Want to place a business order? That is also possible at LifeSpan Europe. You can make business purchases in two ways: 1) via the webshop with one of our many payment methods or 2) via an invoice that we will send on request.
Pay via the webshop
Ordering via the website is easy and fast. In the online ordering process you indicate that you are a business customer and you provide the requested information, such as billing address, delivery address and VAT number. After completing the order, you will receive a digital invoice from us containing all the information you need for your administration, such as the VAT amount, your invoice details and our details.
Pay by invoice
Contact us if you want to receive an invoice with the desired products. We often send it to you the same day. We hold the price and stock for you. After payment we will send the items to you. This is used, for example, for:
- Orders to be approved or paid for by another department;
- Orders with extra services or customization;
- Orders with large numbers.
Order outside the Netherlands
Do you want to place an order on behalf of a company that is not based in the Netherlands? Then let us know via our contact form! Mention the products you want to order, the company name and the VAT number of your company. You will receive the invoice without VAT from us, which you can pay via a standard payment method or bank transfer.
