The moment you order a product through our website we’ll get on it right away. We guarantee fast and free shipping throughout Europe (shipping outside of Europe on request). If you order a product before 2:00 PM, the estimated time of departure (ETD) is still the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM have an ETD of the next business day; the product will be shipped the following day. LifeSpan Europe delivers your order free of charge within Europe!
We divide our delivery areas into four categories:
1. Europe - EU countries; FREE SHIPPING
2. United Kingdom; FREE SHIPPING; Order to United Kingdom are shipped from our UK warehouse or directly from our NL warehouse. Prices all include FREE SHIPPING, VAT and import duties when applicable. So no extra charges.
3. Switzerland, Iceland and Norway; FREE SHIPPING Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), VAT and import duties included. Countries such as the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. So, no extra charges.
4. Middle East, yes, we ship to Middle east countries as well. Just enter your order, an addition fee for shipping will be added to your order. Shipping time is about 7 working days.
5. Other countries Worldwide; shipping costs upon request. We look forward to receiving your quote. We can deliver worldwide! Please note our electronic equipment is European standard 220 volts.

Medium-sized products like our under desk treadmills, desk bikes and standing desks will be shipped out with FedEx. The under desk treadmills are 100% pre-assembled in the box so with these products there's no assembly required. Ready to use, just plug and play!
DHL, PostNL, RoyalMail
Small packages like our yogaballs will be shipped out in small packages by DHL, PostNL or RoyalMail.
Palletways
Larger items or bundles will be shipped on a pallet with Palletways, European logistic Network.
Track and Trace
When we ship out an order you'll receive a track and trace code so you can keep track of the delivery status and the estimated time of arrival (ETA). The delivery period, special orders excluded, is usually within 24 hours to 5 business days (click here for the delivery times per country).
