Fast and free shipping in Europe
The moment you order a product through our website we’ll get on it right away. We guarantee fast and free shipping throughout Europe (shipping outside of Europe on request). If you order a product before 2:00 PM, the estimated time of departure (ETD) is still the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM have an ETD of the next business day; the product will be shipped the following day. LifeSpan Europe delivers your order free of charge within Europe!
We divide our delivery areas into four categories:
1. Europe - EU countries: FREE SHIPPING and included VAT
2. United Kingdom: FREE SHIPPING, Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK warehouse or directly from our NL warehouse. All prices include free shipping, VAT and import duties (DDP), so no extra charges. LifeSpan Europe works with an UK VAT number, so in case of a company VAT can be reclaimed at HRMC.
3. Switzerland, Norway and other countries in Europe, no EU countries: FREE SHIPPING, Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), VAT and import duties must be paid by customer.
4. Middle East: we do ship to the Middle East Countries as well. Just enter your order, an addition fee for shipping will be added to your order. Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), VAT and import duties must be paid by customer. Shipping time is about 7 working days.
5. Other countries: we can ship upon request. We look forward to receiving your quote. Please note our electronic equipment is European standard 220 volts.

FedEx
Medium-sized products like our under desk treadmills, desk bikes and standing desks will be shipped out with FedEx. The under desk treadmills are 100% pre-assembled in the box so with these products there's no assembly required. Ready to use, just plug and play!
DHL, PostNL, RoyalMail
Small packages like our yogaballs will be shipped out in small packages by DHL, PostNL or RoyalMail.
Palletways
Larger items or bundles will be shipped on a pallet with Palletways, European logistic Network.
Track and Trace
When we ship out an order you'll receive a track and trace code so you can keep track of the delivery status and the estimated time of arrival (ETA). The delivery period, special orders excluded, is usually within 24 hours to 5 business days (click here for the delivery times per country).
